Turtle Lace Scarf #C1115
Turtles large and small crawl across this reversible rectangular garter stitch lace scarf. It is knit on the diagonal, and the ends can be finished with beaded twisted fringe.
Directions are given for three widths, and the length can be customized. This lace also can be knit as a wider rectangle or a square by adding 22-stitch repeats.
Designed for lace yarns, it also looks great in a variety of fingering and Shetland/sport/DK weight yarns.
Pattern includes both written instructions and charts.

Wide Sample Scarf: 50g (550 yds/560m) Jaggerspun Zephyr 2/18 lace weight yarn (23 wpi), Jade color, with 78 size 6 beads on fringe
Yarn: Lace weight (18+ wpi)
Narrow Size (1 turtle wide): 275 yds (251m)
Medium Size (2 turtles wide): 410 yds (375m)
Wide Size (3 turtles wide): 550 yds/ (503m)
Needles and Gauge: US size 3 (3.25mm) needles, or size to obtain gauge of 24 sts = 4" (10cm) in unblocked garter stitch.
